The Girl Scouts and Alumni, will bridge together in Epcot, with Disney characters waiting at the end to congratulate the girls.

Did you know? Walt Disney was an honorary Girl Scout
When we contacted John Basmajian to use this photo, he included this information regarding the event:
I am pleased that you that you would like to use the photo of Walt Disney being made an honorary Girl Scout of my mom’s Girl Scout troop #19 of Park Elementary School of Alhambra, California, in 1945.
My sister, Lucia, recalls at the time that the Girl Scouts of America would not endorse or use the photo for any publication because the girls had their shirt sleeves rolled up. It was a VERY hot day.
